The object of this suit is to: Terminate the residual parental rights (TPR) of the Jaamie Harvey (Mother), Darryl Law (Father) and Unknown Father (Father) of Tyion Kesean Harvey DOB 05/24/2011, child “TPR” means all rights and responsibilities remaining with parent after transfer of legal custody or guardianship of the person, including but not limited to rights of visitation, adoption consent; determination of religious affiliation; and responsibility for support.It is ORDERED that the defendant Unknown Father (Father) appear at the above-named Court to protect his/her interest on or before 10/13/2026, at 9:00 AM, COURTROOM #2.
